The Sega 32X was released on November 21, 1994 at a retail price of $159.00 USD, I was to bring next generation graphics to the Genesis and Sega CD consoles by adding two 32 bit CPU chips and a 3D Graphics processor, There where only a handful of games released and failed to attract developers due to the announcement of the release of the Sega Saturn it was discontinued by October of 1995.
